This is the 2nd Palapala branch. Though their seafood selection is limited compared to the original but crude (no aircon) branch, this one is okay for those who want to eat in an aircon restaurant.

This is the updated version of Bacolod's Pala Pala. Pala Pala is like the major Fish Market of Bacolod where at the side you can find stalls willing to cook whatever you bought in the market. 18th Street Pala Pala made this experience a little bit formal and clean.

The place has that native ambiance. They have a good selection of fresh sea food ready for cooking. They also have cooked viands, most of which were meat and vegetables. I find their prices reasonable (not cheap but not too expensive). The place is walking distance from L'Fisher Chalet Hotel. We were very satisfied because we were able to taste diwal (angel wings sea shell) here. I rate their food as good.

I don't know why is this place popular. The service is slow and the food is just so-so. The restaurant serves fresh sea food and maybe some other dish. The location is also not good. The streets surrounding the restaurant are dark.

If you're craving for sea food, there are better restaurants in the city. Check out Resto Grill sa Baybay. It's situated beside the sea so you hear the waves and feel the sea breeze while dining.
