At breakfast, Our server, Primo went out of his way to bring us piping hot coffee. He was visibly anticipating the needs of the other guests. This guy should be promoted.
Breakfast buffet was perfect although they now have a healthy breakfast set if you choose to order ala carte. It consists of egg white omelette, choice of fruit and bread, with coffee or tea.
Dinner is another experience. I like the wide selection of dessert of native delicacies,e.g. sapin sapin, puto maya, kuchinta, palitao, halo halo with Eliseo ice cream in local flavors of ube, mango and more. The Indian corner is really inviting. There is "pori" fried bread which comes with parrot fish in curry sauce or red curry sauce with green peas. Do try the lamb kebab too!
Can't fault the service crews who are constantly attentive to the needs of the dining guests and as usual maintain the "shangrila standard" of perfect service.
