Enjoyed this restaurant with our then 2-year old. Very authentic , scrumptious chinese-themed eatery and very child-friendly.

We had breakfast in this restaurant, it was so crowded, you need to quie to be seated, it was rush with around a hundred guests especially between 9 and 10. It was noisy and many staff running and cleaning, felling, and arranging the dishes. Varieties of food Chinese, American & intercontinental breakfast, with special corner to make fresh noddle’s, and different type of eggs.
The tea is always served cold  I don’t know why?

Overall for an included breakfast in the room rate, it was ok 

at night the same place turn to bar with light foods.

Hotel restaurants always tend to be a luxury for us, however we were surprised with our first trip here in March how relatively cheap it was for us to eat here. We have been back 3 times since and always seem to order the same food. The spicy pork with eggplant, and fragrant chicken go very well together and when served with some rice is a great meal for 2. Live seafood is very expensive and probably not worth the journey, however the menu has plenty of other options to keep you interested. We always head to Cowrie cove first for the buy 1 take 1 happy hour then move up to the restaurant.
I have never been at the restaurant when it been very busy and don't really understand why, seems like some of the better restaurants in Cebu still remain unexplored (maybe its perception of price?)
