Nice wading pool. Very friendly staff good food. Convinantly located. Easy to get a cab. For 32 bucks its nice enough. They have bigger rooms available with a living room and kitchenette. Stayed for 90 days and was very happy with the accomedations

Stayed in Room 507. The room was average. Nothing fancy about it. What really sucked about my Cebu Grand Hotel experience was the absence of water early in the morning! Worse, NO ADVICE WAS GIVEN TO THE GUESTS REGARDING THE LACK OF WATER. Can you imagine taking a bath with shampoo on and the water suddenly stops??? I'm definitely not coming back here...

I have stayed at this hotel many times before and earlier given them so much praise. At my latest stay alot of things had changed, all for the worse. Luckely serveral of these things could be rectified quite easy and I really hope that the hotel management read tripadvisor and will act on advise.

First for the good things: The staff is really and truly positive and have a smile and a good attitude and try their best giving a good servise. Unfortinantly cuite a few of the staff need more training as to be able to give it. The rooms are a bit worn but they are big and nice, and the bathtubs some rooms have is good sized.

Now to the bad: I told the front desk that I needed a really silent room as I needed to rest and sleep. I was put in a room on a high floor very near the roofdeck where they were going to have some kind of very noise gathering that they did not inform me about. I had two days of constant disconnects from the wifi, total murder for my work. Tried to relax with a dip in the pool one day and got a burning itch on my back after it. This did not go away until after medical treatment. Went down to get the brekfast one morning. The egg station was good but aside from that nothing else.

The enterance was being rebuildt but that was handled quite well and did not cause any real problem for hotel guests

Advise to management:
1 You had awsome wifi earlier. Now it was total disaster. Find out what is wrong and correct it asp. 2 Change the water in the pool and take regular tests on the water to avoid bacteria or too much chemicals in the water. 3 Put in more effort on the breakfast food. As to make sure that the "warm" Foods actually ARE warm. 4 Noisy events should not be allowed to run late when they disturb hotel guests.

Room Tip: The deluxe rooms are better.

Very tired hotel in need to some work and cleanliness.

Local Filipino staff were very nice and helpful and the star is dedicated to them. Apart from that wouldn't stay again.

Disasterous arrival full of rude Chinese guests when booking in, they constantly interupted the receptionist. It got so bad i had to tell them to wait for their turn. :(

Sheets were so thin on the beds was as though never been changed, have holes in one of the bed sheets. Behind beds was dirty.

Bathroom was ok however the Shower must have had nano jets as very little water came out and was in a very tiny stream, luke warm.
