Mickey mouse hotel and not recommended.
Poor wifi which is so slow as to be unusable at peak times.
Breakfast which was so bad as to be literally inedible - I can usually find something to please me but I'm afraid it was Starbucks for breakfast for us every day after the first dreadful breakfast experience.Cheap nasty aircon units which rattled and hummed all night long. Unloved swimming pool with murky water and no sign of a filtration system. Electronic door keys which needed reprogramming on a daily basis.
Need I go on.

Only plus point was that the staff were pleasant.

Room Tip: Don't bother going!

We stayed at cebu grand hotel for 8 days total. the stuff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast buffet wasn't excellent but above average. They always tend to help you when needed. Internet wasn't very good but it was better than the other hotel we've stayed in.

Conveniently, Starbucks is just adjacent from the hotel as well as Burger King and few other restaurants . The doorman were always there when we need a taxi . And the airport isn't that far either . All that being said. I would highly recommend Cebu grand to my fiends and anybody .

And I would stay at Cebu grand hotel again when I come back Cebu .

Keep up the good work Cebu grand hotel stuff .

We had a three-night reservation here but we had to cancel the first night as we couldn't make it on time. We were still in Oslob and decided to just spend another night there. One of their staff, Melania, promptly responded to our call and assured us that she would still secure the 2 nights for us. She did. :) All of the other staff were also well-mannered and very accommodating.

Some minor flaws that we noticed though, were the elevators and the hot and cold shower. The former were too tiny and could only accommodate about 4 people. And I guess they're trying to redo the walls as the wood (plywood) is exposed and it's a bit "stinky" as per my nephew. Lol. The latter, on the other hand, would only function at night. No hot water would come out of the shower in the morning after several attempts. This was pretty challenging for our four-year-old nephew though. His dad (my brother) still had to plug in the electronic thermos to prepare some hot water for his son. Good thing they had this in every room.

Let me start out by saying the only positive things at this hotel were the night shift. Praises to the front desk and the old man security guard outside. Now the negative.

Came here april 17 to 21. Requested king room and got some weird room that had a double bed and a single bed. Upon check in the hotel decides to charge the 10% that booking.com charges them to use the service. I never have experienced that it's like free advertisement. Then the good stuff. When was checking on also noticed a pest control company person talking to the consierge desk. Finally got to the room and it stank very bad like roach spray, so bad to a point where if stayed inside would get drowsy. Immediately went to the front desk and complained about it, they made me wait downstairs for almost an hour while they tried to air it out. Then finally got let in the room. This time went in the room and after a day in their noticed where the window curtain was there was actually a unsecured, not insulated room that was filled with roaches and dirt everywhere. When complained about it the maintenance simply said it used to be a balcony and it was closed off. My reply was then u need secure the door. They ignored that. I went downstairs and demanded a refund to leave and they denied it. Next day during breakfast there were rats in the air conditioner in the restaurant. When complained about that all they said was they were working on it.
I have been all over the world Japan, china, Europe and even Mexico and have never experienced this bad of a hotel. This place should be avoided it is not worth the amount they charge. I took the liberty to take some pictures of things saw while my stay

Nothing fancy or grand in this hotel..but the place is good enough...the lift is not spacious as well as the hallway..the rooms nevertheless are commodious and nice..the hotel staff are very helpful and accommodating...they would go out of their way to assist and help you.

two thumbs up for their customer service.
