The best part about the Cathedral Museum is its architecture, with its capiz-shell windows, and huge planks of wooden floors. It's right next door to the Cathedral itself, and both structures aren't that far from many other historic sites in Old Cebu: Santo Nino Basilica (which by the way has a charming small museum); Fort San Pedro, Yap-Sandiego House, Old Jesuit House, and Museo Sugbo. Definitely worth a visit.
