Until I saw this, I forgot magelland was even over this far. The site reviews the history, and nice display, as well as the photo opportunity.

The original cross of Ferdinand Magellan is wrapped in a wooden case. Magellan is the one who lead the first voyage to circumnavigate the globe, although Magellan himself did not make it to the end of the voyage because he was killed in one of the islands near Cebu.

Located right beside the Basilica of Sto. Nino, this small structure is one of the most frequently visited place in Cebu. Being there is like having been part of the past. I just wish that the local government pays attention to its maintenance. The structure needs repair and perhaps cleaning.

Magellan the Spanish discoverer of the Philippines is a big part of the history of this country. So look at him.

This is where Magellan put his cross during his visit in the Philippines in 1521, where Christianity begins. :)
This site is just beside the Basilica of Sto Nino in Cebu City.
