We arrived late at night, all exhausted due to a delayed flight and the check in process was sooo slow. I can’t believe that they would ask for a security deposit! What will be lost? Your TV?! What’s funny is that they’ll ask you to wait so they can check the room before they return your deposit which will take another 15-20mins. You know, I really don’t mind having a security deposit but the way their “OIC” discussed to us the room policies pissed me off! Hello hindi naman 5 star yung place nyo kung maka-arte ka at ismiran mo kami! She’s really unwelcoming so you should change her before you lose customers!
Take care of your things because what’s so annoying is that they’re full of dishonest employees. My friend lost his charger and son’s clothes but the receptionist said that nothing has been turned over to them. We also left some pasalubong on the reception desk but no one cared to call us to remind us about it. Terrible terrible customer service!
