We were recently in Cebu to visit my wife's family. On the last day, one of her girlfriend's took us out to Mikado for the first time. I was stunned. The lunch buffet was in the vicinity of $10 US and had some of the best food I have ever eaten...and unlimited quantities of it. My first thought and still my main thought was "How do I get these guys to open a restaurant here in the states."
Now I am sitting here hungering for a restaurant on the other side of the world. It's a small world, but not small enough. The next time we visit there, this will be the first restaurant we got to!
