We had our family reunion at this place last January 2014. We had a snack, we all loved the lunch and we had afternoon snack again.
We find the buko juice too sweet, next time please do not add sugar.
We all loved the lunch menu like mango, tulya, chicken, fish however the gulaman is too sweet.
I liked the pilipit.
Since our get together was almost whole day, we were able to walked around. They have an eco pool and a regular pool. It was January so both are cold to swim at. I most fell inlove at the surroundings, big, quiet, very green and good food. Its like the mini Zen Namkhan in Luang Prabang, Laos.
We had a room, overlooking the eco pool. I find it too dark and i spend the day outside at their cabana.
I agree that they still have a lot of improvements to do and i can see their potential. I loved this place because they showcase Filipino Culture. I've been to Thailand, Laos and Indonesia and i saw how they are proud of their culture and i appreciated it as a tourist. Sitio de Amor is one of our very own where in time we can be proud of.
I think they have to invest a good signage at the entrance. Its not a good impression a bit deteriorated its very opposite of what visitors can see inside.More
