I am so disappointed with their poor service. I made a reservation with their office a month ago but I haven’t received any feedback. I’ve been following-up every week and still I can’t get any definite feedback about my reservation.
Does it really that hard to coordinate with their room division if you can accommodate a reservation two weeks before the scheduled date??
It’s a disgrace that you’re such a big resort and not just locally but internationally and you can’t confirm a reservation even 1 week before the scheduled date? You’ll just confirm a reservation 1 day before? And they will inform you that they're already fully booked. The client don't have enough time already to reschedule the activity in just 1 day and can't find new resort in just 1 day.... That’s very awful service to your clients. Too bad!!!
They're not a resort that you can refer to other people because of such poor service. You’ll just get humiliated with their service.More
