I was curious about this place when I heard it for the first time my friends talk about it whenever I visited La Union, until I try to enter and take a look in this place and order their best selling halo halo and no doubt about it-It was Great!!!! A must taste for halo halo lovers out there...really recommended it :)

“Heaven Halo Halo”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 24, 2014

Halo Halo de Iloko's was superb! From the moment I step out of the car and saw the enchanting place to the Halo Halo experience was excellent.

I cant explain what made the halo halo delicious and interesting but the taste was really really good, at first I thought it has coconut milk but the staff said its just evaporated milk, the ube ice cream is home made so maybe that is one of the reason. We also tried their Pancit Canton and it was also delicious.

For a price of 99 you get a large glass of halo halo and believe me for a regular eater it will make you so full.

It is a must to visit the place if your in San Fernando La Union and you will not regret it.

“The best HALO-HALO ever! :-)”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 20, 2014

I'm giving this restaurant an EXCELLENT rating because of the foods, the design and the staff. We visited Halo-Halo de iloko last friday. It was recommended to us by a friend and i must say it was really worth the try.The place was jam packed and we appreciate their staff because they were very nice and accommodating.Waiting was never an issue coz we do understand that they had to cater to a lot of guests since they are one of the few restaurants which is open during the Holy Week. We ordered their best sellers, Sinampalukang Buknok, Binagoongang Baboy, Pork Iloko Sisig, Surfer's Mixed SeaFood and their popular BUKO halo-halo.These foods are really to die for.I wouln't wonder why these foods are their bestsellers. The BUKO halo-halo is the best halo-halo we ever tasted. We will definitely come back for more.

“iloko's best”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 19, 2014

Our family had lunch at Halo Halo de Iloko last April 17, 2014 on our way back to Manila. Finding the place is easy thru Google maps :) It is within the perimeter of San Fernando Church. The restaurants' colorful painted exterior wall is eye-catching from the street. The interior design is an eclectic fusion of the old & the grandeur. Assorted collection of China plates in various sizes adorn part of the 2nd floor wall, stained glass windows, a banggera at the corner, ceilings were partly adorned by various long playing records & other music memorabilia side by side a checkered one. Artworks everywhere!
We ordered ensaladang manga, pakbet, sinigang na kambing, surfer's meal, okoy, sisig, fried halo-halo & buko halo-halo.Service was fast. Waiters are friendly, courteous & helpful. We recommend their okoy & buko halo-halo. The pansit & sinigang served in coconut shell on the other table looks delicious & promising. We will try that on our next trip. Only downside are bad parking along the side streets & long line of patrons since the restaurant can only accommodate 40 diners at a time. Though food is a bit expensive, it is still worth to try the best of Iloko's cuisine :)

“Bronze Medal is awarded to this restaurant!!!”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 19, 2014 via mobile

This is a quaint and homey restaurant located in an obscure area at the back of the city plaza. Restaurant space is quite tight...tables in airconditioned and fan area. Since we were 6 at that time we were placed in the fan area...quite hot. We ordered kare-kare, kilaweng bangus, pancit grande, binagoongang baboy. All the dishes were satisfactory. The kare- kare was definitely above average...the rest..good enough. Then, we ordered their famous halo-halo(fiesta). They have different presentation this signature dessert. The verdict...BRONZE!!! Razon's
halo-halo ( in my opinion) still gets the GOLD!!!
