“Well thought of food and quaint interiors”
Reviewed July 23, 2013 via mobile

First off, the food was very tasty and flavorful. We ordered truffle pasta with mushrooms, pumpkin soup, cappuccino cake and vanilla bean ice cream.

The soup was served in stoneware which made it all the more appetizing. Although quite bland you could still taste the pumpkin with a wonderful blend of herbs. Salt and pepper made it perfect though.

The truffle pasta was delicious. Topped with bacon bits and mushroom. The serving was quite small for me though. Or maybe I was just famished!

The cakes looked heavenly! The cappuccino cake had such a robust coffee flavor which was such an treat. The cake itself was quite dry but forgivable. The ice cream was not too sweet which made it a perfect pair for the cake.

Although quite pricey it would worth a visit. The cakes range from around 150 to 190 per slice. The pasta was around 380 Philippine pesos.

I appreciated the woodsy interior and the warm decor reminiscent of a wine cellar. The boasted to have quite delectable sausages and a selection of cheese. They likewise had a array of wine for sale.

“Indulge!”
Reviewed July 16, 2013

Been to Poco Deli's Ayala Triangle branch and both visits have been just great. Try their German Sausage Platter and Wagyu Sausage Plate for starters and Spanish Callos for main course. There's a huge assortment of wines and beer as well..

On a lazy afternoon, you can just have coffee and one of their excellent cakes, or beer and their sausages :)

“Great deli place”
Reviewed July 10, 2013

Poco Deli is one of those deli places wherein you'd feel like you're in a different city---- a small yet cozy place to catch up with family or friends over mouthwatering and diverse choices of sausages, pasta, sandwiches and meals with rice and eggs. REALLY great White Mountain cake would be the best dessert to top off a highly satisfying meal. If you're looking for a great breakfast place, this is where you should be !

“Poco Deli at Ayala Triangle”
Reviewed May 18, 2013

On my first visit, I had the Bacon Slab (PHP320.00) which was, to my palate, disappointing. Only because I like my bacon thin, crisp, and slightly burned. Obviously, this is a "slab" so there was so much fat in it. I compensated by having the White Mountain Cake (PHP150.00) for dessert. The taste is nothing extraordinary.

On my second visit, I had the German Nuemburger Sausage sandwich (PHP240.00). Instead of bread, they use the softest bagel I ever tasted. For drinks, I had the Citrus Delight (PHP150.00) which is a bevy of citrus fruits (i.e., lemon, orange, calamansi) on tonic water. It's very refreshing especially since it's hot in Manila these days.

I like the ambiance of the place and the service is speedy. Which is why I will keep on coming back in spite of my disappointment on the first visit. :)

“Comfort Food”
Reviewed April 30, 2013

Poco Deli is a small restaurant in the Kapitolyo, Pasig area which has an interesting European menu - sausages, stews, pizza, etc. We ordered the Irish beef stew (in tomato sauce and dark beer), Lamb curry (very mild curry flavor) and salad. Cakes and pastries (moist chocolate, blueberry cheesecake). Price is reasonable. Decent wine selection (upwards of P740 per bottle).
