I stayed in a three bedroom suite for 5 nights because there were six of us. We were given room 511 . We loved the room . The beds were very comfortable. It felt like we were sleeping in Marriott or Hilton. The suite was very spacious.
Every morning we looked forward to the buffet breakfast. Food choices were great. Everybody in the dining staff was wonderful.
We used the swimming pool almost everyday. The water was always pleasantly warm.
The hotel is walking distance to Mega Mall. 7 eleven is at the back of the hotel, Mc Donald's is a few steps away plus it is open 24/7 and delivers.
We would definitely come back here and hopefully they would provide free Wifi by that time.

I've been to more expensive hotels in the US and I was pleasantly surprised with the value for the money in this hotel. Very excellent service from every staff and I would like to single out some of them..Rommel Sulit. Paul and Eric from the restaurant, Jonathan from housekeeping, Christopher from the Banquet Room. We had our family get-together for my mom's 1 year death anniversary at the Skylounge. We had a very enjoyable stay but most of all , I was very pleased with security personnel. They kept us safe by screening visitors and enforcing the policies. I was born and raised in Quezon City, Philippines but have lived in the US for more than half of my 50 years so I know about safety concerns....I strongly disagree with the traveler who complained about rude personnel. I am glad that the hotel responded to them so that we heard both sides. We could have invited 30 people in our suite because of the big space but we know that they have a limit to the number of guests we could invite for safety reasons. Everybody was courteous and efficient. I will stay in this hotel again.

The experience was excellent from the start, I asked for a one bedroom suite and was given a two bedroom suite. The rooms have many distinctive features that are not present in most North America hotels. Beautiful solid wood doors and and handcrafted fittings spacious rooms with flat screen TV in all living and sleeping areas. The bathroom was granite and well maintained, the kitchen was equipped with all necessary cutlery and cooking facilities (if required).
I found the staff most courteous and willing to help at anytime of day and night.

This August was the fourth time I have stayed at the Linden and I will be back this October, it is easily comparable to hotels costing twice as much.

Our group decided to spend overnight on September 18, 2010 (2 bedroom suite), and we were surprised with the kind of treatment we got from their staff, mostly, from their managers/ officers-in-charge. That night was the worst and most awful hotel experience we've ever had. Why? because of the following:

Mark Guevarra- Frontdesk Duty Officer Manager (Night) - He was discourteuos and condescending. Learn to listen and to respond! That's one of the basic principles of customer service.
Efren dela cruz - Chief Engineer - He was unprofessional and sarcastic. Watch your words.
Madel Araya - Executive Housekeeper - She was inconsistent and unfriendly.
Adlaine Palisoc - Frontdesk Duty Officer Manager (Morning) -She was extremely disrespectful and rude. Bad manners. Watch your tone

Your officers/managers don't how to treat, keep and value their loyal customers. You should be ashamed!

Thank you for your comments.

Our primary concerns are the security, safety, convenience and comfort of all our in-house guests. It is unfortunate that you find my managers discourteous for implementing the Hotel’s policies and procedures. Any overpopulated room with heavy noise levels would not have been tolerated in any other hotel.

Should you wish to throw a party for 27 guests lasting until early morning of the next day (which left our Two Bedroom Suite in a disaster state), you may want to consider using our banquet facilities. Thank you.

I have finished my trip Philippines by Linden Suites in Manila. The hotel is located at walking distance from MRT station Shaw Bld (in Shangri-la mall) and very close to SM City mall. Intramuros, the historical center of Manila, is one hour away by the subway: get in at Shaw bld (line MRT-3), change in EDSA-Taft, then take LRT-1 (stop at Central).

With my partner, we stayed in a king bed suite (we have been upgraded for free). This is a two room apartment, with kitchen, living-room and bedroom, LCD TV in both living room and bedroom (even a small HIFI system in the bedroom). The room was really clean. The room we had had just one toiletry set when arriving, but a simple call to the room service and it was fixed within minutes.

The breakfast is excellent and varies somehow everyday (we stayed two nights).

A pool, a gym room and a spa are available in the top floors.

The hotel is clean and the personal very helpful. One waiter during breakfast gave us all the information to reach Intramuros by the subway, and kindly asked the day after if we managed to go there.

Clearly a very good address.

We stayed two times in July. Hotel management were very friendly on arrival. Security seems to be pretty tight. The family room that we booked was very spacious with two bedrooms, two bathrooms lounge and kitchen. The rooms were quite despite the never ending traffic outside. A short walk from the hotel is a SM shopping Centre. Greenhills is a short taxix drive away, and there was plently of good restaurants in this area.
The hotel also has a nice in-door pool which never seemed crowded.

We would be happy to stay there again/

I wasn't expecting much when I booked this hotel except that location and the need for a serviced apartment was a factor in choosing this hotel. There isn't really anything wrong with this place, the service staff gets the job done, the doorman greets you (if they see you), and the room serves its purpose. Having said that, there isn't really anything that screams out that it's fantastic and makes you want to go back there without hesitation. While everything is complete and the staff never seem to turn you down on requests, the whole place does feel a little (just a tad) run down, and some upgrading would do the establishment some good.

The hotel is located about a leisurely 10-minute walk to SM Megamall where you can find anything you want, with a huge supermarket, multiplex cinema, too many restaurants, too many shops.. I didn't even bother with the other shopping centers behind it (robinsons and the shangrila for example). There is also some eateries and a 24-hr mcdonalds on the other turn within walking distance as well.

Requests for high floor (was given a 1-br on the 26th floor, with the living area facing the mall and the bedroom facing the decrepit roof of the next building) and non-smoking room was promptly met. Check-in was hassle-free, though there was a short 15-minute wait that the room wasn't fully ready yet when I checked in at about 3.30pm. Checkout at 4.30am was also prompt, and taxis was readily available.

On a side note, arriving at 1.15pm on a Tuesday meant a 1.5-hr journey to the hotel with traffic jammed up all the way from the airport, but it is merely a 10-15 minute drive (at 120 pesos) to the airport by taxi at 4.45am in the morning.

All-in-all a comfortable stay, though there is just that something missing which I can't really pinpoint what it is.
