it's actually my first time to go to a spa, and i think Wensha has good service. For the price of P780 we were able to have unlimited access to the buffet table, shower, sauna and steam baths, and of course the jacuzzi. We arrived around 8pm at Wensha Pasay branch, which I must say, is not a good timing if you're looking for a relaxing ambiance because the branch is full with guests and it's a little crowdy inside the lockers and other common areas. The food choices of their buffet was below average, but at least they also have shabu shabu available, although I didn't really like the taste. The showers are good i think, they provide shampoo and body wash for each shower cubicle, although the water was not too good. The hot water is too hot and i would suggest for you to just take a dip on the hot part of the jacuzzi. The sauna and steam bath is fine, although i didn't really know what to expect (haha). But it was a good thing the staff offered us some ice to use inside the steam bath, it was really good. After spending some time in the jacuzzi, we went to have the massage for an hour, and it was great! But I prefer to have a less talkative masseur so that I can really relax while having the massage. I didn't like the tipping process though, where you need to put in the amount of your tip, I hope they could change that. Also, it would be much better if they have credit card options for payments, because the Pasay branch accepts cash payments only. It would also be much better if the coffee shop is open 24 hours haha, but all in all the experience was just fine.
