The experience and price I got for checking-in Heritage Hotel is A-Okay. Though the hotel is a bit old, you know for a fact that they are maintaining it to par. No smelly carpets, molds in the comfort rooms or stinky odor in the hallways.

The room has a good view of the Metropolis, located in an intersection, you will find that you can take any transportation around the city just be stepping out of the hotel. Unlike other hotels where transport is only by taxi or car. It's great to know that most well-known restaurants are just around the area, all you have to do is cross the streets.

Whenever I go on tour, I am very particular with Comfort Rooms... the hotel is comparable to any 5-Star Category. They're perfect and well-stuffed with toiletries and clean towels.

What I love most are the friendly staff, esp. in the Restaurant. Buffet breakfast is excellent, they replenish the hot & cold food before it's even empty...

All in all, my stay in the hotel is a plesant one, I would definitely come back & recommend it to anyone going to Manila.

I just got home from an overnight stay at the Heritage Hotel. Check in was fast and I noticed that it's a very busy place. A lot of travelers came that day probably because it's the nearest hotel from the airport.

Their room was clean, spacious and very nice. The mini bar was loaded ( thank God! ) and they have complete amenities such as coffee-making facilities, sewing kit, etc. I love their carpet 'coz they got this small stars printed on it and I find it very cute. Their bathroom was small but has a nice interior and complete with bathroom amenities ( believe me they got 2 towels, 1 face towel, 2 hand towels, etc..I mean what more can you ask? hehe ).
One thing though, when we ordered room service I was suprised after learning that I have to pay the food that I ordered as soon as it arrives in our room. I don't have enough cash on me since I made an advance payment upon check in which was Php 2,000. I just had to pay it by credit which I totally dislike doing. Food prices were a bit high since their F&B dept. is owned by some kind of agency. Watch out for hidden charges.

Another thing is that you can't reserve a king size bed upon phone or internet. You can only get 1 upon check in. *sigh* ( what's the use of reservation then?? )

Room without breakfast was Php2,800 in a superior room. We spent around Php 3,000 on room service alone. I suggest you get a room with breakfast which is Php 3,200 only.

All in all, it's a great place and it has Kenny Rogers/Red Ribbon/McDonald's nearby in case you want to eat fast food.
