You cant hide that the Hotel i getting old a bit. But the rooms are clean and spacious and the service is very good. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast Buffet would need some improvements. A special note and a big Thank you for Ms. Fatima at the front desk. She is the best. her Tips made the difference and her smile made my day ! Thank you very much. We will stay in the Heritage again.

Room Tip: Pay a bit more and get a room in the Horizon Club level. Thats on the 9th floor. bigger rooms.

Yes, the title says all. I was "a bit" dissapointed to find that thick and jucy cockroach, which I had to kill. I am going to complain about it to the reception. Usually, you can find those insects in dirty places, so conclude yourself.

As some people mentioned, the hotel looks old and not maintained for a long time. I don't know what keep this hotel in the chain of Millenium Hotels. The Bayleaf Hotel in Intramurous Manila was much better, very clean and cheaper (4 star), although it didn't have spa/pool/gym.

The breakfast was so so for 5-star (much much better in 4-star New World Makati hotel).

Staff is very friendly and attentive.

Location: 5 mins by taxi to the Mall of Asia.

I stayed here for a workshop, but would not stay again even for the good rate we got as a part of a package (PHP 3,300/night).

The Hotel was well designed and built but it maintenance is not the five star standard. The hotel is well located in the city. When we entered the room it had smell of cigarette smoke in it. The bathroom sink was stuck in a position that it would not drain fast enough and had to be repaired, The light in the cupboard was defective. the walls were not exactly clean and the Air conditioner temperature control was not functioning resulting in a very cold room. The carpets needed dry cleaning. The bathroom floor was chipped at places.
The room was spacious enough and well designed with good furniture, sleep quality was good. The hotel staff was cooperative and smiling all the time.
It can be a very good hotel if its maintenance is well supervised

Room Tip: The rooms facing the road have some traffic noise, So avoid raod facing rooms,

Although this hotel is very close to the airport and SM Mall of Asia, the rooms (especially the carpet and walls) are very outdated, dingy and dirty. But what surprised me the most is how expensive the foods and drinks are, and yet not very delicious. I ordered a mango shake (normally just 50 to 100 pesos), but here it was 300 pesos for one mango shake. I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend it. I will say though that the poolside was very nice and relaxing, only because it had obviously been recently remodeled.

Room Tip: Ask for a room in the back because the room in the front of the hotel are very noisy due to the EDSA...

I was here a total of three nights during my trip to the Philippines. It's not to far from the airport. Close to Mall of Asia, about 5 minutes via taxi depending on traffic and less than 100 pesos or $2.50. There are a few places to eat within walking distance, one is Kenny Rogers Roasters just ariunds the corner. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The room comes with frer breakfast which has a variety of things to eat.

Out of convenience I stayed there for a night and so did my friends.
I must admit I didn't feel comfortable in this place and would probably not go back without trying first to find an alternative.
The place felt old.
To be fair, breakfast was nice, the pool area also and the room was very large

Room Tip: Sorry I rated the spa although i didn't go, just can't cancel my rating

I would like to remind all of the travellers who are looking for a hotel to stay in Manila or near the airport. The Heritage hotel is really expensive and their pictures are really tricky having the idea that the room you book is the room type you will get. Our hotel room costs 5,500php and woosh, it was really an old and creepy hotel. So instead, we just get drunk whole night and went to Casino so that we would not notice again our creepy room.
The poolside was good and that's the only thing that we liked about.

I'll recommend instead a Victoria Court near Buendia Gil Puyat since it is only 15 min. away from the airport.
