I was really impressed the second I set foot in this restaurant to partake their Sunday Gourmet Brunch buffet which is now starting to make a name for itself as the best buffet in Manila. I have been to quite a number of 5-star hotel buffets here and abroad and I would say that Impressions is a notch better in terms of ambiance, decor and of course the food.
One thing that impressed me is their wine cellar for everyone to see. I saw several wine cellars which are located in a basement but theirs is enclosed in a glass which also served as a wall.
A few hotels will brag about the number of their buffet stations that some have 9 or even 12 but Impressions just have 3 but that does not have an effect on me to be disheartened because the strength of this buffet is the quality of ingredients that the restaurant sources its produce from the four corners of the globe just to give its customers the best dishes. If you want to indulge in caviar, foie gras and Angus steaks then head to Impressions to satisfy that craving.
