Being a member of IHG, I have stayed in IHG hotels in the last 2 years and earned me some reward points.

This hotel is so far is better than any other Holiday Inn Express, even better than the one's located in Great Britain, and I am British.

The hotel is very secured, before you go in, all your luggages will go through an xray machine just like in the airport, but the security personnel are actually super nice.

The reception was a wow factor, it is so massive and nicely decorated. Checking in was quick, and the staff at the check in counter were super nice. They were all friendly and I felt treated like a special guest. The porters are also very friendly and helpful. Well done to the management and staff for running a fantastic team.

My room was very clean and very modern.

My aircondition wasn't working to start with but when I rang the operator and explained the problem, they sent someone straight away, 5 minutes after my call to check my aircondition and the nice lady immediately fixed my aircondition. What an excellent service.

Breakfast was good, buffet of cooked Filipino sausages, eggs, salad. Go continental if you like with nice selection of breads and jams. Freshly brewed coffee... I was in heaven. Will definitely stay here again. I love this hotel. Price wise, it is within any working class budget. This hotel prides itself and I can tell by the way the staff prides themselves working here.

We stayed here because the hotel is like across Resorts World where we were going to watch a play call Ang Huling El Bimbo. It is the best decision we did to get a room because traffic was horrible and parking is horrendous. We just took a grab ride to the hotel. I wasn’t really expecting anything with Holiday Inn Express because the room rate was pretty cheap compared to other hotels in the area. We got our reservation through agoda and was very hassle free. When we got to the hotel its pretty large and has a spacious lobby. However I had to fall in line for about 15-20 minutes to be checked in because there were a lot of people checking in. The front desk employee who’s name is Ms. Donna is very pleasant and so very nice. Again it was a hassle free experience. The room is very clean and smells like vanilla however a little small. 2 adults and 2 children will be a tight fit. But since its just me and my husband we can accommodate. The air conditioning was very cool, water pressure is adequate. However they don't have shampoo and conditioner but what they have is a body wash in a dispenser. I love their vanity kit, because it has a small hair tie along with the cotton buds and cotton pads. Disposable tooth brush and tooth paste is available. Breakfast is so-so. Not much viand options. Over all I gave it only a 4 star because breakfast was not great. Had a good nights rest though so everything is good.

A good hotel for the money charged, very clean and quality of the rooms is excellent, the one reason for marking down is the overpowering airfreshner smell. Its so strong I found it quite obnoxious but as my room was pre-paid for one night I had no choice. All rooms and corridors were the same. Nothing natural about the smell its so strong.
The canteen style feel cafetia for breakfast is again ok for the money being paid. But I have paid a quarter of the price in smaller hotels and only recieved marginally less quality. This was booked out of shear convenience for the airport.
Food including breakfast is avilable in the food court in the Mall across the street where more variety and quality can be obtained. The shops themselves dont open until 10am.
