Only has a handful of cafés and restaurants and very few stores. It seems the stores are there basically to entice winners at the casino to spend their winnings. It is not a true mall.

i saw resorts world manila's advertisements, posters, flyers and what not look all spiffy and exciting. but when you arrive at RW, you first notice one of the letters of their signage broken. not a big deal. stepping into the premises is kinda different. first off,the grumpy looking security staff at the entrance look intimidating. the inspection process feels like i am entering fort knox, and not an entertainment center. heck, theyve got more stringent security checks than even banks! it is not a pleasurable experience to start with.

once inside,u see the casino entrance.there is another unpleasant security check upon entering the casino. i actually saw the name of some of the security mentioned by somebody here. he is not that friendly like the rest of them. not very surprising.

inside the casino, you see a round bar with a band playing loud music, while it is surrounded by slot machines with busy players. the place is really stuffy, chaotic, and not what the advertisements portray it to be. i cant help feel very disappointed about it.

i did not enjoy my stay at all.

Stayed at the Marriott and strolled around the property. There's a casino that smelled of cigarette smoke, and some high end shops, beautiful ladies in evening gowns waiting at the entrance wearing 5 inch heels to welcome guests. Nothing much to see that you wouldn't see in other big malls in makati or taguig. I think they're aiming to be a mini Las Vegas but im not sure if they even come close. Might be great for others but not for me. We'll To each his own.

It's got hotels, restaurants, shops, cinemas but it's major attraction is the casino. It is a good place to while an evening away.

We were on another, supposedly, fun night at RWM - Casino. My husband and I just spontaneously went there to try our luck. We looked around, had some bets and finally, we wanted a good drink. Since Bar 360 had a some sort of loud event at that time, we opted to go to Bar 180 [casual & calm]. Unfortunately, during the whole time, this one RUDE and SNOBBISH "chinita" waitress in almost high heels, made us feel uncomfortable. My husband is an F&B supervisor in an international cruise ship, so he was very particular with the services. The way that waitress took each and every empty bottle from our table [or even from the others'], she was as if she did not go through proper training. Also, the service seemed as if we were drinking at a local cheap bar wherein the servers just take bottles away without informing you or even say "EXCUSE ME" when they clean up your table. She slightly smiled in front of all the customers, and then snobbishly turned her head away. I did observe her very well. SUCH DISGRACE! At times, she ignored us. Like "duh" we were properly dressed in smart casual, and we would have given her 1/2 worth of our whole bill as a tip if she wasn't so rude, as if she didn't like what she do.

Next time this happens to us, we would report this specific woman to the management. If we come back again, I'll make sure that I get her name. People come to RWM to have fun. And, obviously, people wouldn't go there if they don't have money to spend. So please, provide good and friendly services, especially, when it's your job to do so!!!
