My friend invited me to check out this newly-opened restaurant at Shangri-La Mall, which is part of the chain of restaurants owned by Chef Florabel (Crisostomo, Elias, etc). I was very pleasantly surprised by how I loved everything about the the place! Food was superb, the staff so friendly and accommodating, and ambience, delightful! We loved everything we ordered (fish and squid balls, the mussels, the salpicao, calamares, even the dirty ice cream for dessert! I highly recommend this to people who love eating at Crisostomo and Elias. I would go back to this restaurant every single time I am in that area!
