This hotel will go places. WHY? First and foremost, it provides a luxury of a 5 star hotel, very good staff service and very very clean room and lavatory. Budget wise, I recommend this hotel. Location is perfect, near the Robinson's Mall, transportation is much accessible whether going to Makati City, Pasig City, Quezon City or Manila via MRT, taxi or public buses. Special discounts provided almost throughout the year. The only setback is that of the parking wherein you need to pay compare to others which is free.

get the lowest rates online direct from gohotel, this would be at least three months before your trip. accessibility is no problem with the mrt connecting gohotel to either makati, ortigas, north edsa or baclaran. buses abound along edsa and the hotel is right in the middle of edsa right after crossing pasig river (coming fr makati). no frills, just the basics as advertised in their website: comfy bed with four pillows and duvet cover, night light on side tables, 22" lcd tv, safety vault, electronic door locks, nice rainshower, clean towels. mall is just beside hotel where you can get pretty much anything including meals from two to five dollars. the restaurant linked to the hotel also offers delicious meals in that price range. for those with cars, there is a parking fee of 100 pesos though.

Room Tip: mall side or pasig side rooms for peace and quiet

I stayed in go hotel for my 3weeks holiday in the Philippines I'm not satisfied with my stay. First I had a 10days reservation with a valuable price but when I extend for another 10 more days the rate was different from my first reservation and everyday the rate was different. They are like stock market that the rate was going up and down everyday and the staff told me that it could change in a matter of hour. Terrible! I never heard something like that before.
The housekeeping staff are very noisy in the morning, the room is not sound proof, you can hear whats going on next door. And the worst of it is they don't have a wardrobe, you wont be able to unpack your suitcase, from the day you arrive till the day your leaving all your stuff stays in your bag.
I would never ever recommend this to my friends and family. Imagine, paying like 2k pesos or more a day and not getting what you pay for. I had a terrible experience in that hotel.

if you're looking for cheap place to stay, this is it, booking early means more money on your pocket. they have lots of rooms but be sure to book a room that has windows NOT FRONTING the mrt because it is going to be noisy during your stay. You'll hear noise from outside, people passing by and all. Eating outside of the room is a little bit on the downside, plus there are mosquitoes flying around the hallway so i don't think it's the best place to hang out.

I'll keep this review simple , So I'll just do pros and cons
Pros:
1. Great Rates! you can get a room for as low as 600 pesos or about 15USD. provided you book early and be sure to stay on the dates you booked. Rebooking fee is very expensive.
2. Clean, modern and Nice bathrooms, the HOT shower is great.
3. Good Location, along EDSA and hotel is not hard to find. Makati, the Fort, Ortigas are all near the hotel.
4. Quick Check-in and Check-out. around 10mins only.
5. Great value. No frills.
Cons:
1. Some rooms don't have windows so make sure you specify you'd want one upon booking.
2. High rebooking and cancellation fees (but this can be avoided)
3. Rooms are very small. It is just basically a place to sleep when you're out the whole day.
4. TV is too small. I think it's only 16"inches or something.

Overall, if you want a clean, cheap, modern place to stay in Manila, this place will be great for you. Just make sure there will be no changes on the dates you've booked with them. Also book months ahead to avail really cheap rates.
