Food at Heat is bountiful, exquisite and varied. The chefs are always at hand and so pleasant like the rest of the staff.

“I keep coming back”
Reviewed January 30, 2013

I keep coming back to this restaurant. The buffet is worth the money. Great variety of food. The shabu-shabu station is nice. The Japanese food station is great too, their california maki is yums. I always ask for extra roe to top my cali maki and they're happy to give you more. They serve a lot of desserts, unlike in other hotel restaurants. Their ice cream is yummy, I always like mixing nuts and other stuffs in the ice cream, where the chef happily mixes them for you. There was a time when i dropped and broke a bowl for my shabu-shabu and they didn't even charge me. They said it was ok. They didn't even make me feel embarrassed for being clumsy. :) Their service is great. Reservation is prompt. The waiters are nice and very friendly. Their coffee is great. This restaurant is one of the best for me, like Sofitel's Spiral. :)

I like heat better than circles. Since it's not that big you can easily view your choices and I guess they have far better choices. I love their variety of desserts and different dishes from selected countries.
Have tried both breakfast and lunch buffet and they are but fantastic.

“a lot of food at the breakfast buffet!”
Reviewed January 6, 2013

Delicious. So many choices. Only complaint is it is a bit overwhelming as one can only eat so much at breakfast. Day to day, I alternated among meals (more like brunch) focusing on sushi, Filipino, Chinese and Indian with always a huge pile of fresh tropical fruit. There is also classic breakfast fare on offer.

“Quality options, friendly staff, great NYE dinner”
Reviewed January 3, 2013 via mobile

I had New Year's Eve dinner at Heat. The selection was exceptional. Whatever your cravings, the buffet likely had it available. They had party hats for the kids and a lot of NYE themed deserts. The meal came with coffee or tea but not wine. The Irish Chef Arthur was incredibly helpful and friendly. The staff was always available for any needs. I highly recommend arriving early as the best seats will likely get occupied. Valet parking was a must as the hotel parking was absolutely full because of the NYE festivities. Overall, a very memorable dinner.
