Arrived at 8 p.m. and was surprise to see a smaller hotel. went to the check-in counter and presented my booking print out (attached together with other travel documents). The staff was helpful but less attentive - he forgot to return my other documents. Went to the room - checking into a room with used crumpled toilet tissue paper on the bathroom's counter top was a turn off.

I did not expect the hotel to be small compared to the other Crown Regency Hotels but it was okay as it is conveniently located across shopping malls where there are good restaurants and shops. The lobby and the room have seen better days and need major renovation. The room where we stayed at was clean except for some visible old stains on the sheets which made me a bit uncomfortable. The bathroom was clean and the heater and faucets are functional. Buffet breakfast was satisfactory. Hotel is perfect for a business traveler. I just hope they would consider changing the old beds, sheets, and curtains.

One of the most convinient place to stay if you are doing business in Manila. Our travel agency partner gave us a modest rate and would have extended my stay for leisure if only the hotel itself could extend the same rate.
Service was warm and professional. It's saving grace from the old vibe of the property.

Good location for Glorietta and Greenbelt. Good shopping and Restuarants.
Hotel a bit dated but good size rooms. Showers work.
Free wi-fi.
Staff friendly although doorman told taxi it was a P450 flat rate to airport. Normally a white Taxi is P150- P200 depending on traffic.

This hotel is conveniently located and personnel are super helpful. Though rooms were newly renovated per advise of hotel, it seems their renovation was focused on repainting walls. Last November, we had room 420 and we were complaining that water heater was not working. Few weeks back, we were booked on the same room and had the same problem. We had to wait past nine pm to use the bathroom because they have to get a new heater and install it. Sometimes guests, specially kids are too noisy.

Room Tip: Use corner rooms..except for room 420.the best floor is the second floor rooms.

For the cheap rate we paid for, I'd say we were able to get value for our money. Hotel is very near the malls (SM, Glorietta) which makes it very convenient for us.

The staff are friendly. Rooms were fine although the floor under the bed was very dirty. The hotel room's floor is slippery too.

Great that they have wifi although sonetimes the connection was bad.

It's not a 5 star hotel but if you're on a budget trip - it's not that bad.

We just stayed here for our first night in Makati as it was a very late flight in we thought we would save a bit of money and move to our proper hotel next day. HOW WRONG WE WERE.

The only plus points were the free Wi-Fi and the staff (they were making good of a bad time).

The bad points, the rooms were small dark and dirty, the 'dodgy' characters hanging around outside late at night, it is not lit up outside, the early morning wake up call by hammering on our wall, and just when you think you have had your fill you go down to breakfast (optional extra) non guests are sitting at the tables shouting and laughing. This is when you really want some nice peace and quite but no! And what made things worse there were paying guests standing waiting for a table

Room Tip: I don't think there is a good room
