Too small room compared to price. No fridge, toilet not properly maintained. Very small room even though its very expensive. NO fixed rates which means you will pay a very high price for a room which is not worth it

Greetings from Red Planet Makati and thank you for choosing our hotel as your accommodation place here in Manila!

We sincerely appreciate you for sending us your honest review. In regard with your comments, we regret that these were your impression. Our rooms are indeed smaller and have limited amenities comparable to similar hotels in the area, however we believe that we provide very good value given our central location, hotel security, high speed wifi internet, comfortable five-star beds, and still the lowest room rate available in our area inspite of the dynamic rate system.

We also would like to inform you that an investigation is now being conducted on your toilet concern. This is a rare and an isolated incident and does not represent the quality of standards we strive for and indeed customarily maintain in our hotel as proven by the many very good reviews we have received from guests.

Apart from these concerns, we truly believe that we have made your stay comfortable and a truly memorable one.

Thank you so much and we hope that this would not deter you from staying with us again in the future.

I patronized this hotel before and will continue to consider booking whenever I am in Makati area. Obviously it was not meant for a long term stay because of the size of the room and lack of cabinet to put belongings. None the less for my purposes, it's a good alternative to a more expensive accommodation in the area.

This is my 2nd time staying in this hotel. 2 weeks in a row.

1st stay i was having hard time to sleep due to aircond and fan was so noisy.

2nd stay, most probably last stay, aircond still very noisy and need to turn off. And sound of water dripping from top floor to the aircond compressor outside the room is the worse.

Replied was "all room have window unit aircond" which will never solve the problem.

For this price range, still have plenty of options to consider.

In regard with your concern on the ceiling fan, we are now conducting an investigation on this rare and isolated incident. nice to see you have some convenience products for sale now. the only problem is that THE VERY IMPORTANT BREWED COFFEE was nowhere to be found and only cheap despicable 3~in~one coffee was being sold at the counter.

One of the best value locations for the price. Stayed at Berjaya Hotel a few weeks ago, and it was bad. In comparison, Red Planet was better right at the check-in process. The rooms are definitely smaller and more compact, but they look cleaner, modern, and straightforward. Most definitely one of the best choices in this price rainge. The location isn't the best though especially if you're driving yourself, but it was fine using Grab and taxis.
