“I'd stay here again!”

Very nice location within Makati. No girlie bars around. In the evenings, you can see couples having a stroll, parents and kids in the park, young folks jogging. Nice little restaurants and cafes dotting the street.
One Pacific Place is new - so everything worked perfectly. Staff was attentive though they need a little bit more of training. The Strand Cafe served OK food, though not fantastic.

Location: the address of the hotel is Dela Costa Street, but you can actually take Buendia Ave. when just commuting. Entrance of the hotel is facing in both streets. Walking distance to Makati Medical Center.

Room: Big room. We have studio type room. It has 2 big beds. It has separate living room. Bedroom and living room both has flat screen television. It also has mini kitchen with microwave, fridge, electric kettle and a small dining table.

Safety: It's safe here. You are not allowed to wander in other floors. Elevator (lift) will only open to your designated floor. You have to tap your room key card in the elevator for you to access the floor where your room is located.

Can't comment on the services they have. We're here during evening only to sleep...

Hotel is very much accessible to the Makati business center and malls. Service was good and staff were very helpful from the time we entered the building until we checked out. The room was a bit small but its clean and toiletries were provided. Breakfast was okay too. I can recommend this since its cheaper than other hotels but still satisfied with the overall services.

Strategically situated in the heart of Makati business area. Very convenient and comfortable to stay in as people treat you as family. All staff are very accommodating from the reception people, housekeeping and even the guards. Our stay was something to remember!

Room Tip: Grab your walking shoes as there are plenty of nearby places to visit (hole-in-a-wall bar, restauran...

We stayed on this hotel for 2 days last January 2013 and I received a bad service from the staff of the hotel! I booked 2 rooms (3 bedroom) and (2 bedroom) and they charged us for the slippers which is cost 5 dirhams each which this should be a complementary for the guest! The receptionist are not nice and friendly. They dont even smile and thank the guest. We also called the reception and asked them what time does the swimming pool will be open for the guest and they gave wrong information 3 times! It's really a terrible experience on this hotel and don waste your money in here a piece of advice!

I stayed here for about 7 nights in December 2012. It is a comfortable place for those who want a very cost effective, but clean and respectable place to stay in Makati city and don't mind a small room and small window to a passable view of the buildings next door... That was the only thing I felt missing...a nice floor length window.

The service staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Check in was easy, they do charge an extra amount of 1000Php for incidentals per night at the time of check in, to be balanced upon check out.

I stayed solo in a Standard room, which was quite small, but clean. The room is furnished with a small kitchen sink and counter on one side. The bathroom is also very small, but is kept clean. They provide all essential toiletries, which I hadn't expected. However, some of these are not very good quality esp. the shampoo (I found that all the shampoo bottles that I got serviced with had conditioner inside them, possibly by mistake..so that there was no shampoo to use), so if you do plan to stay here bring your own. Considering you cannot drink tap water, there was no complimentary water in the room. Only 4 overpriced bottles of water in the minibar..so bring your own water.

The breakfast selection was okay.. The service was great though and the staff very cordial and helpful. The housekeeping staff was also very friendly..though prone to a little miscommunication due to halting english (atleast one of them that I dealt with)..

The location is about a 30 minute walk to the Greenbelt area.

Stayed here recently for 3 nights and I must say it is generally a very good "serviced residence". Although, I have quite a few comments as well. First of all, check-in/out was a breeze, the FO who assisted us all throughout was able to service our needs. Unlike some other guests who were actually irate due to misinformation or lack of handover of duties from shift to shift. Anyway, first comment to note is their lobby has lots of flies...I informed the janitress but did not do anything...so I was busy swatting some flies and spraying alcohol on my legs. Second, there's a free parking for hotel guests, but they charge a min. for restaurant/f&b guests. Since it is a serviced residence, don't expect much on 5star hotel service...the room was a bit small than I expected, but I was happy enough to know that they have a sink, fridge beside the bed...also a bidet on the toilet. Rooms are really not soundproof as you can hear outside noise and people walking/talking on the hallway. Housekeeping was prompt even if you don't put out the make-up room sign at the door. Security is average but elevator is restricted to guest/s and residents only. Breakfast buffet was fine too...not much choices/viands but good enough to keep us fool through lunch...Also, the swimming pool and gym is definitely a plus...its worth the buck if you use them. Interiors of the hotel is simple/modern but also minimalist. It is like a typical condominium. It is conveniently located and within walking distance to 7/11--ministop, ayala/buendia avenues and restaurants/fastfood chains...very near Makati Medical Center too. Overall, the stay was pleasant. Just make sure you make everything clear with the front desk before/during your stay because they tend to get confused especially when you speak with different staff. We might probably come back if we need to stay in Makati. A good choice for those looking for reasonably priced accommodation.

Room Tip: rooms are above 15th floor...ours was on the 31st...better get a 1br suite for bigger space...
