Description: Launched in Greenbelt 3 in 2002, Sentro 1771 revolutionized Filipino cuisine by introducing the modern Filipino cuisine experience. Sentro was the first to break the boundaries found in time-honored and familiar homegrown recipes by infusing them with a delectably sophisticated and cosmopolitan dimension. Using only the finest ingredients from both here and abroad along with a deep understanding of various traditional Filipino dishes, Sentro 1771 has reinvented many local favorites. It has preserved these dishes’ many layers of taste and flavor while constantly adding something new and exciting to the mix. Undeniably, the dish that put Sentro 1771 on the map is its famous Corned Beef Sinigang - using our own corned beef cured in-house for 3-5 days. Other hits include our Rated GG, which has turned the humble galunggong into a sophisticated and flavorful dish; and Keso Flan, a delightful Filipino twist on the traditional cheesecake served with salted egg and queso de bola.

Been dining at this place since it opened every 6 months ( so many good restaurants that i like to try in the area ) , and i would say that this is always worth going back to. I liked the Filipino fusion cuisine style that they offer that it is always recommended for visiting tourists and returning residents/ balikbayan . We ordered the chicken steak , fish/galunggong , sizzling tofu and the perennial favorite , the corned beef "sinigang ". I noticed however that they didn't made us taste the broth if it is to our liking , which is what i got used to previously. Service looks a little tired , I can understand since it is already 2 pm when we dined on a weekend , but still for me is satisfactory .

My family always visits this restaurant. We love their sizzling tofu its one of the best Filipino restaurants. Although the wait is a little long and sometimes its full and you cant get in.

The service is great and the Adobo one of my favorites. The location in Greenbelt is convenient. It's not the fanciest place but Ive gone there for years the food and service are consistently good.

Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. It is located in the Makati Greenbelt Mall. It is a place serving classical Filipino food or so says the menu. This rated as the worst food we had in Manila. Food was cooked to a crisp, poorly presented (like thrown on the plate), and darn near inedible. The waiter asked us how we liked out food and we did tell him about the problems with it, but also let him know that this was not his fault...it was the cook's problem. The service was poor as well. The whole place just reeked of indifference and lack of pride in what they do. A disappointment.
