You need to have a reservation to eat here, it is always packed! Parking is few, you'll be lucky to get one. They don't even validate your ticket.
The best seller is their Peking duck, every table has it. Before they'll serve it on your table, someone with white cotton gloves will slice it for you, the way they want to. The remaining meat from the duck? They will chop it & cook as another menu, wrap it with lettuce & add their homemade sauce. So yummy!
Their dessert is not good, you can enjoy it in another place.
It's an expensive restaurant, good for family dining, graduation or any kinds of celebration, except it's always full.

Maybe because they were running a half off promo that they served the food like they were serving it to relocated refugees. The yangchow fried rice looked unappetizingly mushy and the duck looked as if it came from a refugee shelter as well - dry and emaciated. Mercifully the reliable sweet and sour pork saved the dinner from total disaster. We are suckers for discounts and we never learn. Peking Garden has deteriorated.

It is conveniently located at the topmost floor of Greenbelt 1 and so its location is a big plus. They have mastered the otherwise tricky Chinese staple dishes such as hot prawn salad and of course Peking duck. Service was fast and there is a dedicated waiter serving us considering we were quite a big group.

We always eat here with the family for as long as I can remember and it always delivers. Had a special menu created by Archie (Manager) and man it delivered. The Peking duck is still unrivaled as the best roast duck in the city. The doubled boiled fish soup and steamed zucchini with scallops were also excellent.

When dining here make sure to look for Archie (restaurant manager) and he'll be definitely be able to create a great feast for you.

Dined here with two American guests, my boss and several colleagues. We had prawn in salted egg, peking duck, steamed fish, minced pork with lettuce and for dessert, mango puree with sago. The American lady didn't eat too much but she put on her glasses to watch the waiters carve the Peking duck and arrange the thin slices of skin and meat on a plate. The American guy enjoyed all of the dishes we ordered. My favorite was the prawn with salted egg coating.

Service was excellent -- didn't have to wait too long for the food to be served, each one was given a hot, wet towel before the meal and more were placed on the table to use during the meal (there were regular cloth napkins on the table as well). I think at least five waiters and waitresses came to our table to serve the food and take away used dinnerware.

Great place to bring guests.
