I stayed one night there, between two flights. The hotel is very nice, modern, offers good facilities. The rooms are big and clean.
The personnel is very attentive and professional.
Breakfast is not very diversified, but the food is tasty.
The location makes this hotel excellent for business trips or airport transfer. The hotel's transfer to/from the airport is more expensive than regular taxi. I advise to use the regular taxis, who are many and fair.

Room Tip: rooms are pretty much the same, the hotel is surrounded by buildings, so no special views around.

This place for sure lived up to the raving reviews.

Excellent value for money.
Shows 3.5 stars but felt as good as most 4+ places I have stayed at.

GREAT friendly staff, always smiling and trying to help you whatever your concern may be!
This is a big deal in my book.

Good food, competitively priced. We ate most of our meals there.
Clean, nice and HUGE rooms if you get a suite (not that expensive).

Close to greenbelt. Totally acceptable gym for being a hotel.

The breakfast experience was excellent. The complaints I see about few options was not a problem for us. Just ask them to make something for you, and they will. It is included in the price.

My only concern was poor/terrible WIFI coverage in our room. Speed was good, but I literally had to sit on the floor next to the front door to get a decent signal. Tried with two computers and one tablet. same problem for all. I reported this and somebody came to fix it. Still nothing improved, and no follow-up was provided.

Still, great place,highly recommend.
Will come back

Room Tip: Get a room that does not face the street

We stayed 2 nights at the Picasso and everything was perfect! Very good and friendly staff, spacious rooms and great location (only a 10 minutes walk to the greenbelt mals). Only the breakfast buffet could have some more western food. We will come back!

I stayed here for 5 weeks on a business trip. Could not recommend this hotel highly enough!
Our whole group was treated with the utmost courtesy from all of the staff, who went out of their way to help and made me feel very welcome and comfortable. I can't stress enough how lovely, polite and friendly they all are!
The rooms are large and modern and housekeeping do a great job maintaining the room.
The newspaper gets delivered to your room each morning and I was given a couple of magazines as well. The wifi is really good for a hotel.
I had breakfasts included but I only had it a few times during the whole stay. The buffet was not to my taste but there are menu items that you can order. Room service is great.
There's also a little kitchenette and you can ask for pots and pans etc if you'd rather cook for yourself.
Only negative thing is that the 5 weeks we were there one lift would nearly always be broken but that was just a minor inconvenience and the hotel was very apologetic about it.
The hotel is located within walking distance to Greenbelt, landmark and glorietta shopping centres and there are a lot of nice restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again and will miss seeing everyone's smiling faces every day!

I stayed only for one night so I was not able to check out the spa and the gym. The room is fairly big for Philippine standards and i love the contemporary furniture and the bathroom, most especially. You can tell that the place is new and well taken cared of. Also. the staff are very attentive

I loved staying at Picasso! They became my first home and the staff - my family in the Philippines after I moved to Makati for work. I enjoyed my room (I think it was Malaga type room) and even after three weeks I wasn't bored with it. Small details - such as gifts for Valentine's day used to made my days there. Attention from the staff - amazing! I felt kind of lonely on my first days but the personnel used to speak with me (but not too much bothersome) and cheered me up.

Personally I prefer small hotels so they are more flexible and attentive to your needs - and this was what I found at Picasso. Could recommend it to anyone.
