Found this gem last time we were here in 2012. It was highly memorable and enjoyable last time, and the only thing that has changed is the wine list. The wines are predominantly from California, I'm sure they are good but would have liked to see a few Spanish ones there. The service for us was impeccable, and we tipped the waiter (that's pretty big for us Aussies, they have to go above the required job description to get any tip). We ordered the sangria, which was good, personal preference I like mine better. We ordered 5 tapas dishes and shared a dessert which, with the bread sides was plenty to fill us both up. The 65* egg was lovely! the croquettes were light and subtly flavoured. The chorizo was great, hubby loved his gamba prawns/shrimp. The 10 out of 10 dish was the beef bone marrow, it was succulent, perfectly balanced and just plain delicious. The oozy dark choc truffle cake Devine but lacking a real serving of raspberry coulis on the side. All in all, a most delicious meal I would be happy to repeat at any time. Average cost of tapas dish was around 500pesos.
