Found this gem last time we were here in 2012. It was highly memorable and enjoyable last time, and the only thing that has changed is the wine list. The wines are predominantly from California, I'm sure they are good but would have liked to see a few Spanish ones there. The service for us was impeccable, and we tipped the waiter (that's pretty big for us Aussies, they have to go above the required job description to get any tip). We ordered the sangria, which was good, personal preference I like mine better. We ordered 5 tapas dishes and shared a dessert which, with the bread sides was plenty to fill us both up. The 65* egg was lovely! the croquettes were light and subtly flavoured. The chorizo was great, hubby loved his gamba prawns/shrimp. The 10 out of 10 dish was the beef bone marrow, it was succulent, perfectly balanced and just plain delicious. The oozy dark choc truffle cake Devine but lacking a real serving of raspberry coulis on the side. All in all, a most delicious meal I would be happy to repeat at any time. Average cost of tapas dish was around 500pesos.

Ordered a large selection of tapas (Spanish and Philippine dishes) and all were, without exception, excellent. Good wine list, excellent service and a pleasant ambiance.

A friend and I had the prix fixe lunch at Cirkulo during the week. I was somewhat surprised that even though it was noontime, there was almost no one in the restaurant. Considering the lack of customers the fact that I had to ask a couple of times for a coffee refill was unusual. In a restaurant of this caliber the servers are usually very attuned to empty cups or glasses. The restaurant is in a building that houses 3 different restaurants and best of all, for the Makati area, has free lower level parking.
Our Lunch started with the Crema de Champiñones (a very tasty portabella mushroom soup). We had a pork dish and an interesting shrimp dish served with white rice. They were all very tasty,. The dessert was outstanding , Tarta de Chocolate de Trufa. My only complaint would be that I found the prices on the high side considering the quantity of the food. I would definitely be interested in trying out the more extensive dinner menu at some future date.

Refined Filipino dishes and other continental dishes are certainly available here, truly at its best. Tasted some of the best in culinary Filipino dishes here. Really serious eating at this place.

I can't recall all that we had last night :
- Caesars Salad .... Delicately prepared with nice
chunks of anchovies, that salty fish
- Sizzling Sisig .... Was like the crunchy longanisa na
- Sizzling Gambas .... they were really sizzling!
- Paella .... Great choice!
- Cuchinillo ..... crispy delight

Special mention - I forget the name :
There was this dish that was served with toasted bread. It had bone marrow, bits of beef, rock salt. Not for those going for their annual physical check ups next day. But this was delicious!

Their dishes were not the standard, good home cooked meals. But they seemed like they were cooked at a really established, fine Filipino home with their special family recipes. The restaurant is managed by the owners of Milky Way, a very popular eating chain serving the more common Filipino delights.

I noticed that the crowd came early. Like 7pm. All the tables were full by 8pm on a Wednesday evening. And they were all casually but nicely dressed. Like they all went home first after work and got showered for a nice evening with family/friends.

The service was excellent by seasoned waiters and ladies that assisted.

Consistent excellent service by seasoned staff. Consistent great Filipino food.

They have two basement level parking available. Noted that there are other food establishments in the building.
