Executive studio (good for two persons) costs only P1,500 per night. As the name implies, the room comes with a kitchen (not sure they will provide the cooking utensil/plates or not), a toilet (just a hot/cold shower, which is sufficient) and bed area (with window). The bed area is quite small and it would be very difficult to move around if you have lots of baggage/luggage (but perhaps you can just put them on the kitchen area). This won't be a big problem you are a backpacker.

The room clealiness is acceptable. Comfortable and clean bedding, we enjoyed our good-night sleep here. The toilet is ok, but water will start to accumulate outside the shower area after taking a bath. One strange thing we noticed in our toilet, there were used soaps being left on the soap holder (we speculated that they try to recycle the soap bar, eeew, we just threw them to the toilet bow). Towels (one bath towel and one face towel for each person) provided smelled so good and clean. However, the aircon released unpleasant odor which made the room a bit smelly (they need to service the aircon filter). We have no trouble with unwanted noises in our room, except we were greeted with church belt every morning at 6am (as our room is nearer to a church in that area).

The staff service is ok (not too much of complaint about it) and the room service is good (our room was cleaned immediately as requested, very happy about it and no stolen items). Toiletries (shampoo, soap, toothpaste and toothbrush) are given daily. Please be notified that the hotel will ask for P1,000 deposit (not sure this amount will depend on how many nights you stay, we stayed here for two nights) and full payment upon check-in. Check-out may take some time as they have to check the room for damages before they can refund the deposit to you. Security is ok in the vicinity, quite safe but precaution still required (as it's not within Makati Central Business District area).

The location is great (along Makati avenue) and convenient to go around as taxis are abandon here. Going to Greenbelt costs more or less P50 as it's just along Makati avenue. Powerplant (upscale shopping mall) is just 10-15 minutes walking distance from the hotel (along JP Rizal, do not walk by yourself at night). Guadalupe MRT station is just a jeepney ride away also from JP Rizal street. If you don't want to go too far, there is a 24hrs convenient shop (Ministop) just in front of the hotel and A. Avenue mall across Makati avenue (mostly restaurants with a Coffee Bean and this place transforms into a hang-out place at night).
