Stayed in this hotel in a deluxe room on my birthday. The bed was superb! The welcome drinks was a bit sour. Food at the restaurant was absolutely five star! Breakfast buffet was on a per order basis and was really sumptuous. We had a great stay at this hotel, not much to do though as they don't have a swimming pool and any other recreation area, but you can always go to the nearby malls which is walking distance. We will surely return to this hotel, once we have a budget already, the price is a bit on the high end, but well worth it. Hope they go on sale more often!

Room Tip: each room in this hotel is unique on its own, try a suite instead!

We booked two rooms from 5 Jan to 7 Jan.
The location is fantastic, it is a short 3 min walk across the street to Greenbelt, and another couple of minutes onto Landmark and Glorietta.
The rooms are great - bigger than a similarly priced room in Hong Kong (Kowloon) or Singapore. The bathroom is great - all new fittings and everything is clean. The appliances are all new.
The service from the staff was always excellent. Complimentary breakfast was delicious and the daily foot rub was a good way to wind down at the end of the day.
All in all it was excellent and I will be staying here again when visiting Makati.

We stayed in Hotel Celeste for 6 nights to celebrate the new year from Dec. 28-Jan. 03, 2013 for the second time in two years. Liked its location, nice rooms and mostly attentive staff specially Ryan and Em who are both very helpful. We always get smiles and greetings from the staff.

Few issues though, the maintenance could do little bit of work on fixing the soap holder, a little bit letdown on breakfast and to replace some of the towels with new ones.

Overall, we'll definitely stay again.

Booked an overnight stay at Hotel Celeste's Suite using a Deal Grocer coupon valued at P7,000++.

First off, their service is impeccable. Attendants are nice, warm and welcoming. Their reservations officer is always prompt in replying to my emails and queries. Check in and check out were fast and easy. The servers in their restaurant are also polite.

The Suite is big. It comes with a dining and living room in addition to the bedroom and spacious bathroom (with big bathtub vs. other hotels'). I especially liked the day bed in the living room. The room is a bit tight but it compensates with the comfortable king size bed with lots of pillows.

The complimentary foot massage made me sleep. The massage therapist was soooo good.

The hotel's location is very convenient. The Ayala mall is just a few meters away.

Breakfast food tastes good! Serving is big. The American breakfast set includes bacon, ham, frankfurter sausage, mushroom, egg, and hashbrown.Very filling even without a full buffet service.

5 downsides though:
1. The wifi signal is weak inside the bedroom; strongest in the bathroom and dining/living room.
2. The modified breakfast buffet only features bread, fruits, cereals, salad and juice (unlike the other hotels' buffet service). The meal itself (which can be American, Filipino or Continental) can be ordered ala carte.
3. Parking is limited.
4. Room has no view.
5. Food (room service) is a bit expensive and choices are limited. Suggest you just walk to the nearest mall (Landmark or Greenbelt) and grab a bite in one of their many restaurants.

I would definitely be back but I'm not sure if I'm willing to pay the full price.

What a fantastic hotel in a great location.

Spent 2 nights here and was spoilt by the attentive staff and wonderful room. This hotel is so close to the malls and is a great option for those looking for a cheaper hotel option.

Only used the facilities for breakfast which was certainly satisfactory with a number of options. The restaurant staff were always bright and cheery whilst the front office and doormen were extremely helpful and caring.

After arriving early, the bags were left behind as the malls were too close to ignore. Upon returning and with the room ready, we were escorted to our room which was clean, large enough with a very comfortable bed.

Recommend this hotel due to its location and particularly its staff

My husband and I stayed in Hotel Celeste for three days. The locations is great as it is just a few steps away from the Greenbelt and Glorietta. The service was awesome too. We were given complimentary foot massages. Initially it was only supposed to be for the first night but they were kind enough to give us foot massages for everyday that we stayed there. This was great since we did alot of walking and at the end of the day a foot massage was what we needed. The look and cleanliness of the room was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I came to Manila Metro about 15 times last two years, and just luckily discovered this very nice small hotel. Room with nice wooden floor. Bed is clean with no chemical smell. They provide a nice set of L'Occitaine shower set everyday. Breakfast is great with available hot items by order, plus fresh coffee.

Only small downside is no proper excluded lobby/breakfast areas, no gym and traffic noise if you are on lower floor.

I will certainly come here again for short stay. Good location if you need to be at Makati.
