We have dined at Dads several times over the last few years. Generally each trip to Manila we visit Dads once. Its not gourmet, its busy but offers the best value for money buffet. Its a perfect introduction for overseas visitors to Filipino Food. The buffet has Filipino, Japanese and Western Food available and it is a very large buffet. For overseas visitors curious about Filipino Food they can try a little what on offer but there is still the backup of Japanesse and Western Food.
Some Filipino dishes one must try are Lechon and Crispy Pata. My favourite Filipino deserts include Bicol, Puto Bumbong and Babinka. There are also various meats and seafood one can elect to have cooked fresh by the chefs at the cooking stations.
There is also generally entertainment which plays from table to table whilst you dine.
This place gets very busy so make sure you book. Well worth visiting.
