we have been going to the merry go round playhouse for several years all the show have been very well done its lots of fun and all seats are good

This is Broadway in Upstate NY. These are not just local community theatre actors. THese are remarkable professionals! Wonderful gem!
Yes, I miss the carousel and games, but this play house is a world class venue for off broadway theatrical engagements! Perfect view from every seat! Tons of parking and a perfect location for pre-post theatre walks up and down the outlet on Owasco Lake!
whodathunk to start a theater festival in such an out-of-the-way place? i went to see 'fingers and toes' on a lark, and thoroughly enjoyed it. unfortunately, there aren't many (any?) quality hotels in the area, and restaurants are also an issue, but perhaps when the festival becomes more established, these businesses will follow. the quality of the acting/singing was exceptional, and if the producers can pull it off, the festival could come to rival niagara-on-the-lake's shaw festival in time.

This is an older, small-ish theatre in a Emerson Park in Auburn. It's in a nice setting on the lake, and certainly easy to get to.
