Me and my family stayed in the family room. They asked us what we prefer: an air conditioned room (without a veranda) or a room with an electric fan only but with a veranda. Since generally, the climate in Baguio is cool, especially since we stayed there from January 4- 8, 2012, we chose the one without the air con but with a veranda. If we want our room to be cooler, we just have to open the veranda door a bit (+ the electric fan) and voila! The room was much cooler. The view was great! We usually stay in the veranda at night before we go to bed. The room was also spacious, more than enough for my husband and my two kids. My kids ran around and played in the room. Since we're always in a hurry to visit different places everyday, we didn't have time to fix the beddings, etc. before we leave. Imagine the chaos when we leave the room. But thanks to the marvelous staffs, the room is always clean and in order whenever we go home at night. It's nice to sleep in a crisp and clean beddings. :-) Breakfast was also so good! We loved the longganiza so much. My kids also loved the hot choco. Hotel staffs were friendly and always ready to help us. Location is great since it's in the heart of the city. Our means of transportation was our Adventure car. Parking is free for all hotel guests. The parking attendant always assisted us in maneuvering our car so we didn't have a hard time going out in the street. We needed a room to stay, a hearty breakfast and nice staffs to assist us with our needs. We were always out anyway. Prime Hotel is the perfect place for us. We are planning to stay there for 4 days again come January 2013. ;-)

Room Tip: If you are not after an air conditioned room, choose the one without the air con but with the veran...

So I walked in, noticed no air conditioner. Tv was ancient. Opened the window and can't see jack. Go to the toilet, what the hell - no toilet paper (not even a hose or bucket - imagine if you had to go), no soap or any toiletries, no bath mat, there were 2 sets of slippers with 4 different colours - how does that even happen?

Bed sheets were not changed, visibly unclean (hint, hint). The pillows were made out of bricks. Thin walls, could hear the tv next door.

The only good thing was writing this review cos it gave us a few laughs.

Overall a good location but wouldn't recommend this place, can get better accommodation for the same price. Checked out the next day and moved to another hotel for the next 3 days.

On the day that we check in the hotel, theres no available room but only on the 6th floor. I have no choice but to accept it because i was so tired at that time and i want to relax. At around 2 am, somebody knocking on my door, and when i open the door, nobody is there! And at that time the phone is ringing also, so i immediately answer the phone and i heard the voice saying room service. This Hotel is very terrible and inconvenient to use the facilities.

we stayed here primarily for the location as its in the heart of the city. a fastfood chain on the lobby, ukay-ukay just across the street, a street away from Burnham Park and a few blocks away from the Church and mall.

the room was clean. the restroom was ok- though they need to improve their water heater especially on peak hours when most residents are using it.

i'd say we got our money's worth. we were usually out anyway and we just needed the room to spend the night. the staff were friendly and very helpful.

The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that it is located at the heart if the city. Just outside the hotel is Session Road, which is the prime commercial road in the city. The rooms of the hotel are below average in quality. Plus there is an unpleasant smell that I cant describe. For the same rate they charge, you can still find other hotels that are much better. I am definitely not going back.

My wife and I stayed 3 days. The location is by far the main reason to stay here. We could easily walk/take taxi to many attractions. The staff was friendly. As for the hotel itself, the room smelled, the mattress and pillows were made of foam. Truly not the most comfortable bed. The shower had hot water but it was pretty much a trickle, and the TV had limited channels. We requested our room to be cleaned on the second day, but came back around 4pm and found it as we left it. Another request by phone fell on deaf ears. I had to go down to the front desk and speak to the manager, which no one travelling wants to do, but I had no choice. Fortunately we spent most of our time outdoors, but after a long day it's nice to come back to a decent room, which was not the case. I only recommend this place due to its location.

We stayed now several times in this hotel and we found always friendly and welcoming staff. The rooms are basic and clean. Comparing to the low price you pay there its a good deal right in the heart of Baguio. Everything is easy to reach out this door step.
Some bathrooms seem to have a difficulty with hot water supply. A parking spot is included in the price as well as a breakfast. You can drink as much coffee as you like- nice.

Room Tip: upper floors got a better view
