The ambiance was great and there was a feeling of warmth. This reminded me of the real Baguio City - scent of Pine Trees, cool climate, safe place and warm people.
The 2 bed room suite is spacious and the garden view is spectacular. However, the toiletries could be improved.
Le Chef Restaurant has numerous dishes to choose from and the food is delicious. Kudos to their chef.
SPA experience is rejuvenating. Their therapists are really good.
The Manor is perfect for a vacation

It's the best place to stay when you're in Baguio. All the staff are very gracious, warm and welcoming. We love the food though we hope there'll be more dishes on the menu. Surrounding with pine trees and the beautiful garden make you feel very relaxed. We love our room. It's clean and bed is comfy. Spa is nice but there's no couple's room. Valet service is great. There's a wifi but they charge you 100 pesos per day. They should give this service for free. Kudos to Housekeeping and Room Service staff, Aya, Randy and Marjorie for making our stay lovely.

Room Tip: Make sure you get a room that has a balcony.

our room was relatively large.we had a king size bed and 2 large beds.the king size and mattress were extremely comfortable.again i would like to emphasize the cleanliness,if you are looking for a more moderately priced hotel,i recommend this one.my family will go back for sure at this hotel.and last one i appreciate the 2 housekeepers that was assigned at our room at the 2nd floor northwing.both of you may not notice but we really appreciate your friendly service.keep up the good work.

The perfect hide away in Baguio City where you can still enjoy the quiet and cool mountain resort yet near the bustle of city center. It is also great for business as it has wifi, business center and very attentive staff who can ensure that everything that you need is taken cared of. Stayed here numerous times from solo trips to bringing in a whole team with very pressing timetable and all went smooth.

For a family, the one bedrooms suite with balcony is perfect.

Its cold so there is no pool and the gym is basic but the perfect work out is running the hills outside !!

They have discounted rates as well during off season.

Room Tip: get the rooms facing the garden with a balcony.

Have stayed several times but this time went for the two bedroom suite and what a fantastic suite it was.
We are a normal working family but you are made to feel like royalty by the staff.

I traveled to Baguio on a business trip without really knowing where I was booked to stay. I knew the history of the area being a former military camp but did not look into it more. So arriving at the Manor at Camp John Hay was a great surprise.

Everything at the Manor at Camp John Hay was top quality

The fit out of the rooms, the beds, the amenities the mini bar items, the public areas, the food and service were all top quality.

It's a little bit out of the main town, but that's a good thing considering how overcrowded Baguio has become.

Only complaint was the incredibly loud musicians playing in the main public area. Because of the construction of the building it amplified the sounds funneling it up to the accommodation areas. But this is a small thing in the big picture.

I don't think the pricing was really good value, but the pricing was in line with the type of property in the Philippines.

Food and restaurant were top class. The public restrooms are out of this world with quality and cleanliness.

A short walk down the road is the high class shopping area associated with Camp John Hay which also has some eateries and bar areas.

Whatever your reason for being in Baguio, you can't get better than this for a place to stay.

Top Class.

My husband and I stayed at The Manor for two nights. We had a great and very relaxing weekend indeed! The ambiance was the best in Baguio. Our room overlooked the forest. We would have wanted to stay in a room overlooking the garden but unfortunately none was available that time. The superior room was big with 2 double beds, flat screen tv, refrigerator and safe. All the staff we encountered were cheerful and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay that we are already planning our Christmas vacation there.

Room Tip: Visit their bakeshop. The stuff there are yummy.
