“Best Ube Jam in town!”

Make sure to go here to Buy Ube before going home. Its cheaper and much fresh than the one's selling outside.

“A must-go place”
Reviewed June 11, 2013

This enterprise was commenced by the Good Shepherd Sisters (Catholic nuns) as a way of helping young girls to rise above poverty by offering part time work and funding for further study. It has been extremely successful. I was there during a mid afternoon weekday, there was a steady stream of shoppers with the most popular item by far being the famous purple ube jam (which I do not like, but Filipinos seem to love).

“It's already part of our itinerary”
Reviewed June 8, 2013

Who wouldn't go to The Good Shepherd when you are in Baguio? This is the best place to buy your pasalubong. You have to prepare your list of things to buy though before you go here otherwise you will end up overspending.

“I love their garden.”
Reviewed June 1, 2013

A must-go place in baguio for their Ube (Purple Yam) and Strawberry Jams. The convent was filled with people wanting to buy the same things so a good tip would be to make the convent your first itinerary for the day so you would still be able to buy these yummies. they have been known to ran out.

“ube jam”
Reviewed May 31, 2013

The best ube jam can only be found here. On our Penagbenga 2013 Tour, i make sure that will drop by at this place. The jam is not too sweet and is soft. The price is also economical.
