To make my review an easy read, I'll break it down into bullets:

Pros:
- great location. Near Burnham Park and right beside Cafe by the Ruins.
- if you are commuting, very easy to get a taxi cab
- fast wireless internet connection inside the room
- they upgraded (with no additional charge) our reserved Standard room into a EURO suite 1 room just because we arrived a couple of hours earlier than check-in time and that only a EURO suite 1 was currently available at the time of our arrival
- good buffet breakfast. Just don't expect too much from it as what some people I've overheard mumbling. For the low price they were paying they were expecting grand dishes.
- very accommodating staff. Just one call and they are quick to respond to your queries.

Cons
- toilet flush was not working properly
- while the suite room was beautifully designed, it is still too small for me to consider it a suite

My family and I stayed at this hotel for 4 days (from Holy Thursday to Easter Sunday) at a Euro Suite Room 2. The room is clean and tidy with a spacious bathroom and standard bathtub. The hotel is just a walking distance to Burnham Park, a healthy walk to a Catholic church, a few steps to a good Chinese and Steak restaurant. Its also near Jollibee and Guilligan (great music at night). They also have a good spa right at the doorstep of the hotel. They have ample basement parking too. The buffet breakfast is ok but during that time (peak season) we have to wait for a few minutes at the lobby before we can have our table. Their staffs are very courteous and helpful. The downside, almost all of their rooms have small windows or no window at all and their free wifi is slow. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to future Baguio travellers.

Room Tip: get a room facing the street

I was a Concierge at the Ritz-Carlton Kapalua for 10 years and I was genuinely impressed with the staff and the service. We had a suite with a BIG tub and endless hot water. The bed was very comfortable and we could not hear any outside noise so we slept well. When you go out turn left for a genteel environment of other nice hotels, nice restaurants, and tranquil parks, or turn right and dive into the heart of the teaming crowded Baguio shopping mecca. This hotel is only 5 months old so everything is new. There are still a few glitches but just say something to anyone and they are on it immediately.

Room Tip: Reserve ahead of time.

We stayed here because CJH was booked solid. We were not expecting that level, but we were expecting what we pre-paid for. All three rooms we booked were downgraded oncheckndue to "unavailability.".

The rooms were about as expected: small ( even "suites") but functional. The decor is good but carpet is already showing signs of wear, and should have been cleaner. One room had a spider running around. They should have considered laminate flooring. One nice touch is having all room controls on the headboard, in a primitive sense like the bedside controls you would have at the Peninsula. Consider bringing your own toiletries and especially your own towels. If you like hard beds is is your place as they are indeed Euro style. The food is decent especially for the price.

All in all about what I expected. But given that this place is new and already showing signs of wear I might hesitate coming back in a year.

Service is friendly but disorganized. Everything is done withencil and paper, which is probably why our booked rooms were unavailable.

It is located in the centre of Baguio City but in the less quiet area of town. The hotel has only been open for around 3 months so as expected, all new and clean! The shower is a plus feature as the water is strong and hot. Room service is available as well plus free wifi in every floor. Had a very comfortable stay, this hotel is recommended.
