Starwood hotel is the best hotel in Baguio. If you're not that picky and would consider a hotel with just a Television, a comfortable bed, and a very clean restroom, well, you can afford it for just 1400 pesos/night during off season. The staffs were courteous and accomodating. They even let us check in at 12 in the afternoon even if the official is 2 pm.

I really don't mind if it doesn't feel like home. But instead of checking in a very expensive hotel where I won't appreciate the elegant room (because I will just sleep in the hotel afterall), I will choose Starwood Hotel.

Starwood Hotel is 3-5 minutes away from the session road.

When you're in Baguio, you'll always be out in the city, exploring and wandering about. You only come "home" to your hotel when you'll sleep. That's usually the main function of Rosewood hotel. A place to sleep comfortably, if I may say.

The hotel rooms are big compared to the usual. They also have a dormitory type of rooms where you can house a group of friends (maybe 10-12 pax) for cheaper cost per head. They also have good service and security.

However, I wouldn't recommend their restaurant as a dining area. They only provide plain-food to pacify your hunger. And talk about location, this hotel isn't really near to the usual hot-spots for dining/fun/shopping in Baguio, as such, you'll need to spend a bit for taxi as your mode of transportation.
