Very big rooms with plenty of utility's in the room it's just like a flat/ studio apartment. The features are very old and to me felt like I was staying in a church type place. I found it comfy for one night but if it was longer no not really suitable I found. The staff are really friendly and helpful so 5star to the staff there and credit to there friendliness . The added bonus is there is free parking outside the hotel door so you can unload and load your luggage freely. The spooky part we heard of a local taxi driver he told us that the hotel was haunted and the spirits from the 1990 earth quake haunt the hotel and the streets of Baguio City , but I have to say I saw no ghosts there at all, however my colleague who was with said she saw a figure of a white lady in the reception area. How ever the haunting of the city is true. There is no Air con in the rooms just normal fans but I found these very noisy at night and sounded like helicopters flying. The plus side there is free Wi Fi at the hotel tho . The bathroom was cleanish but very spacious but old looking tho and be careful the hot water in the shower is very very hot as I found out. A part from the odd few niggles it's ok for a quick sleep over but I would not recommend longer or a week in there as it is noisy outside and no air con.
