This hotel is located on the main square. The staff speaks English and is very helpful arranging private tours of the archeological sites. I personally recommend the Temple of the Moon (Luna) with its reliefs and wall paintings as the best site in all of Peru. The hotel is clean, has 4 computers in their business center (2 with printer) and a large variety of food for breakfast. They also offer 4 or 5 items cooked to order at breakfast. There is a bar off the lobby with a view of the main center. This was the nicest place I stayed during my visit to Peru and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning on visiting Trujillo.

Room tip: Ask for a room in the front if you want to see the action outside and you don't mind some noise.

Great hotel that is nice and clean on a central square in town. Centrally located and easy to get around from. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. I was only in Trujillo for 24 hours and this place worked out perfectly. Walking distance to nice restaurants and nightlife. The complimentary breakfast was on point!

Room tip: I liked to face the square but it was noisy.

Located on the Plaza de Armas, one of the prettiest in the Americas, this hotel blends into the colonial architecture. My room faced the courtyard with a small pool and lounge area. The room was clean but a bit small. There is a nice bar and restaurant. The primary draw is the location.

One of the nicest hotels we've stayed at anywhere. Good location. Clean, comfortable modern rooms with all amenities. Nice pool area, gym and interiors. Good bar with good "bar bites" menu. Didn't eat in dining room but had breakfast there. Huge buffet with made to order eggs. Staff is professional yet welcoming and warm. Special thanks to concierge Wilmer who helped us with a tour and getting printer to work in business center. Also of note, lovely Maryuli and Roxana .
I will look for Libertador hotels in the future.

We spent two nights here. Our room was comfortable. Initially we were allocated a room overlooking the square. We moved though as by 11pm it was noisy and felt like motorbikes were revving up in our room! The staff were very accommodating in finding us an equivalent room off the square, which was quiet.

There was a generous buffet breakfast and the evening menu is good too. There are decent restaurants in the locality too.

Staff are very kind and wanting to help. English is spoken.

athe hotel is conveniently located for the old part of Trujillo.

We stayed in the sister hotel in Lake Titicaca. The Trujillo hotel is superior in all respects.

Room tip: If noise bothers you ask for a room away from the square.
