My wife and I had our first lunch at Mango. I started with a delicious tomato soup, followed by an exquisite quinoa toboula salad with fresh lamb kabobs. The service was prompt, efficient, and courteous. Craig has, within a week, created a magnificent restaurant with a group of young, enthusiastic staff. All start up restaurants go through opening problems. To Craig's credit, he hasn't limited the number of guests or reduced the size of the menu. Sure the staff needs more training and time working together, but for having been open for less than a week, the Mango is well on its way to becoming the go to restaurant outside Panama City.
