Franks' sauce is so good and his food is always tasty. His prices are fair and service very good.. We have never been disappointed in this restaurant.

i am an italian food snob. saying that, until frank's opened, i only ate italian food at home that i cooked. now that has changed! best pizza in chiriqui province. pasta al dente, large portions, great red sauce, nice sides, super salad. i cook every day, so for me to eat here once a week is a big deal. frank is a renaissance man, loves good food, good music, good wine, and he delivers it all.

The Italian dishes are hearty with excellent sauces. The pastas are cooked al dente and the meatballs are large and flavorful. The setting amidst the wildlife is lovely. Well worth the trip.

Tried the place as several people thought it was great. Had 2 pizzas, and pork and chicken marinara. Pizzas were fair, the one with onions and peppers was soggy, the sausage one was OK, but in both pizzas the toppings were not what we ordered. Ordered Rum and Cokes,(ron colas), (cuba Libres) using all three names as waitress understood very little English. Got 16 oz cokes and lemon wedges (all they had) with no rum the first time. When we re ordered we got rum and cokes, but again in 16oz glasses...not a good drink. the marinara sauce was heavy and pretty bitter, but the pork and chicken inside were well prepared. The setting is fun, it was the old Jungla, and is unique, The place has a nice vibe, but it was kind of like going to movie everyone tells you is fantastic, and coming out wondering whether you saw the right film.

Located a couple of miles above Boquete, this place is a MUST! The pork scallopini is world class, the homemade dinner rolls delicious, the wonderfully fresh green salad is easily enough for 2 or 3 people, the pizzas are great and the drinks are cheap. The owner, Frank, will make you feel welcome and the ambience is charming and funky.
