Okay, maybe not if you are staying at a fancy B&B, but this place is the real deal. I ate here twice; once for lunch and once for breakfast. Lunch sandwiches come on tasty, fresh bread and are made with quality meats - not always the case in Panama. Our breakfast was just as excellent; I had the breakfast sandwich, my husband the Belgian waffle, my mother a cinnamon roll. The prices are delightful as well. You can get a loaf of artisan bread for half the price I've seen in the rest of the country.
The coffee selection was not stellar considering they are in the middle of gourmet country. The service was on par with other counter-order type restaurants.
The bakery is more gringo than Panamanian.
