to find a gem of a restaurant like this one, is a rare event in one's life. Boquete now has ostensibly, a truly world-class dining establishment. Jean-Marie, the owner and chef has an incredible talent for making devine offerings.
The crepe segment of his menu has something for everyone: Seafood crepes, cheese crepes, Indian (curry) crepe, and of course, a selection of irresistible desert crepes.
His other plates are divine as well. The boeuf bourgignon is to DIE for, the lamb is delightful, as is the trout.
prices are mid to upper mid, but reasonable.
good wine selection as well (wine is not evident in Panama)
