We spent 5 nights here and explored what we could of Muscat and Nizwah. The hotel is run by Indians, and this part of the city is known as "little India" for obvious reasons. So the menu is heavily skewed toward Indian fare (which is fine). We were accommodated on the fifth floor, but we could still hear the beat of the nightly disco which never died down until about 2:30 am. The free wifi was totally unreliable (marginally better in the reception area).
The pool was OK during the day, the bar and restaurant staff friendly enough and the room was basically furnished but very clean. We wouldn't stay here again, but it was just OK.
