I had been very looking forward to doing this walk.
We came on a P&O cruise, it was very hard to find directions before leaving, however I finally found the directions.
It is actually shown on google maps as a white path coming off RM3.
So when we finally go there it was a very hot day! We started early at 9am, we are from Australia, Sydney so we have done MANY bushwalks before, however we are used to the signs and maps. So the only sign we first saw was the green sign on the road. We followed this and staretd the walk. From there it was a normal path easy to follow, until it went off into rocks, it was easy enough to follow at first, but then we would come to MANY forks where we would have to choose which place to go, we only saw about 2 other people so couldnt follow them.
Eventually 2 hours later we had to give up as we were starting to follow a stream.
So due to us being used to a proper path we didnt make it to the top. I just wanted to put this here for any similar Australians or tourists so that you understand that it is quite hard to navigate!
Or it could have just been us!!!
