Thanks for a great few days. We both enjoyed ourselves a lot and particularly the one day of sunshine on the terrace. Yassine was so helpful with booking restaurants and taking us shopping. Bravo.
We stayed in this riad on a short family trip (3 couples) to celebrate a birthday. The organisation from start to finish was fantastic - we were met as soon as the taxi from the airport dropped us off outside the medina by Yassine who I think is the manager. He was helpful throughout, booking restaurants for us etc. Seham, professional chef turned riad hostess, made the whole thing all the more special. Breakfast cooked fresh every morning and on one day a fun hour spent shopping with her for ingredients for a big dinner that evening, which she cooked in the riad for us.
The rooms are all of a decent size. The "red room" and "blue room" on the first floor are the same but the red room is at the front of the house and has windows. The blue room is at the back and windowless, but this makes it much quieter. These two rooms share a bathroom. The third room is up a floor and has an en-suite bathroom. Beds are hard but we all slept well. Wi-fi is intermittently available in all of the rooms but don't rely on it.
The location is great if you're looking to stay in the medina. To be honest, the whole area is small enough that you can stay pretty much anywhere. This riad is off the main streets and therefore a bit quieter.
If you're looking for somewhere to stay where your hosts will go the extra mile to ensure you have a great time, look no further than here. Massive thanks to Yassine and particularly to Seham!
