I booked on the strength of reviews on TripAdvisor and felt lucky that I had. It is a large, but still charming riad in the middle of the medina. I had a room on the roof, which was peaceful and very spacious given that I had booked a single. There aren't the frills you would expect from a more expensive establishment, but I had everything I needed - a clean and characterful room with fresh bedlinen and towels, plus plenty of hot water. The three course set dinner cost 100 Dirhams and was very good. I would recommend half a day of horseriding - cantering along the beach was a spectacular experience.
