This restaurant was recommended to us by the owner of the riad we were staying in, and we are so glad that it was. Such a beautiful surrounding with a laid-back atmosphere yet the staff were still very attentive, without being too over the top. The menu was a delightful change from the traditional morrocan cuisine (although you can still order this kind of food). We ordered skate, which came with mashed potato, rice and salad and a delicious tarragon and white wine sauce and the thai style fish cakes, which was a starter but was huge and was definitely more than enough for a main course. There was a little band playing lovely music which really set the mood in this tranquil little garden setting, and there was a magician who came round to your table and a fire performer (this sounds a little intense but it definitely wasnt. It was the perfect amount of entertainment and wasn't at all intrusive). This place also sold alcohol. It was about £30 for 2 people with 2 glasses of wine and soft drinks. Very reasonable for such lovely food and atmosphere.
